Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman and skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific instructions.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to facilitate safe operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Steel-toed boots required for the first day.
