Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Follow precise blueprints and safety protocols for project compliance
- Maintain organized job sites and transport materials to designated areas
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and implement safety best practices
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Los Angeles County
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
