Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople with daily tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
