Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure system efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project timelines and status clearly.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, tools, and testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
