Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and carpentry support.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and other team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
