Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment accurately.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Document work completed accurately in job logs and time sheets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- License: Valid Texas Driverβs License and reliable transportation required.
- Skills: Basic math skills (fractions, decimals) and ability to read measurements.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: Strong desire to learn the trade, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive work ethic.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
