Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Clean and organize work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in blueprint interpretation where necessary.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new skills and a positive attitude toward training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
