Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and equipment at construction sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
