Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and erecting temporary structures.
- Dig, grade, and level earth for foundations and structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy labor for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
