Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using dollies, hand trucks, and forklifts safely.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of skilled crew members.
- Trade Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and general contractors with various daily tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history is highly valued.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and a desire to learn the trade.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to get to the job site.
