Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to support carpentry, framing, and other trade activities.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including painting, drywall hanging, and concrete finishing.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized work area by cleaning up spills and removing waste regularly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over experience. Training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
