Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of a crew leader.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Transport items between job sites using hand trucks or forklifts when necessary.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal training is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
