Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing and site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform general cleanup duties and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
