Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping, cleaning debris, and organizing tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (a plus but not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
