Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks as directed by foremen or supervisors, including digging, hauling, and cleaning work areas.
- Tool Support: Operate and maintain basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and trade practices.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the job site.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
