Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, waste removal, and general maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and project team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of safety in a construction environment.
