Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, sweeping, and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous construction work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
