Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or generators.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform manual labor including digging, carrying, and lifting.
Qualifications
- No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity.
- Basic math skills and a positive attitude.
