Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily installation and repair tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and pressure washing.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety plans strictly.
- Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing construction sites for foundation work.
- Transport materials between storage areas and job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods.
