Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations strictly.
- Help in the preparation of work areas for upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the trades.
