Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely handle lumber, bricks, concrete, and other construction materials.
- Site Preparation: Clean job sites, remove debris, and prepare areas for the next phase of construction.
- Assist Trades: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters by carrying tools and supplies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after training.
- Measure and Mark: Assist in measuring and marking areas according to blueprints.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
