Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and materials.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certifications required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
