Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
