Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks under the supervision of site supervisors and foremen.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Dig trenches, prepare foundations, and perform basic site cleanup and maintenance.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols.
- Measure, cut, and handle materials accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.
