Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and equipment.
- Dig, trench, and prepare construction sites as directed by the Foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with on-site tasks.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying environments.
- Ability to read basic instructions and follow verbal commands.
