Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and general site cleanup.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper organization and safety on the job site.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform daily inspections of the work area to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Transport materials and tools to and from different job sites within the region.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all site cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, specifically weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to read and understand basic safety signs and instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
