Responsibilities
- Assist with Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials to work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Operate Basic Tools: Utilize hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by sweeping, shoveling, and removing trash.
- Support Skilled Trades: Assist carpenters, electricians, and masons with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic Physical Ability: Must be able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Driver's License: (Preferred) A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
