Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Equipment Assistance: Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, welders) by setting up tools and supplies.
- Concrete & Framing: Support framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks as directed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and debris-free workspace at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for long periods, including lifting, climbing, and standing.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
