Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and demolition
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradesmen with various tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in team briefings and project planning
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Pass pre-employment background check
