Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, preparation, and cleanup of construction sites and job locations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under the supervision of a foreman or crew leader.
- Perform general manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying items as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with the construction crew.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strength: Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
