Job Overview
As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist project supervisors and skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to designated work areas.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (debris, tools, etc.).
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under strict supervision.
- Perform manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy weights for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively with other crew members.
