Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment under the direction of foremen.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various manual tasks as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (drills, saws, levels) following safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up for shifts on time.
