Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Transport materials to and from job sites using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from foremen.
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to work hard and learn new skills.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are provided; familiarity with power tools is a plus but not required.
