Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare sites for construction activities and perform site preparation.
- Transport materials and tools across the job site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
