Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by following all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload lumber, bricks, and other building materials from trucks.
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or general cleanup duties as directed.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
