Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Help with excavation, foundation work, and general site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions carefully.
- Must have a valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
