Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist with digging, grading, and preparing construction sites for various projects.

- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Physical Support: Help skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and lift heavy materials as required.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory for entry).
- Experience: No prior construction experience required. We are looking for eager learners.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
