Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction duties, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job locations as directed.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
