Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and site maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn and work well within a team.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
