Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Shadow and support experienced team members on residential and commercial job sites.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Basic Installation: Help with the installation of electrical components, outlets, and lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret basic electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Eligibility to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No Prior Experience Needed: We value attitude and work ethic over past technical knowledge.
