Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, such as digging, carpentry, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools as directed.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and work areas are safe.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.
