Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
- Participate in team projects to support construction timelines
- Complete daily cleanup and site maintenance duties
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
