Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of the building process.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and secure them properly.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must have or be willing to obtain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
