Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons in construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing activities as directed
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and operating machinery
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid photo ID and authorization to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for scheduled shifts
