Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Participate in team projects while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards

- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
