Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing as needed
- Complete daily time logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in teams
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Flexible availability for weekday mornings/weekends
