Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site duties and tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by strictly following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Set up and take down temporary site structures, scaffolding, and barriers as required.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision of a site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Respond quickly to changing project needs and site directions to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on rough terrain.
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a strong plus.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
