Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywalling, or painting.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, cleaning up spills, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
