Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman or project manager.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools with proper training and supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior tradespeople.
- Valid driver’s license (a plus).
