Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean and organized throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and counting materials.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
